The Principality of Sylvestria has announced the abolition of the Ancient and Celestial Order of Tel Kappa (OTK) following the discovery of a subversive plot to manipulate the country's culture and electoral process. In an email sent to several key citizens and subsequently obtained by the Tel Kappa Tribune, Director General Toth exposed the OTK's creation of a revisionist version of the "Song of the Sylvestrians," designed to deceive the populace to further private agendas. The email further revealed that three high-ranking members of the order had conspired to rig the upcoming Ardhal election on October 1st and transform Sylvestrian traditions into a state religion. Toth was quick to lable this effort as "anti-Sylvestrian" and "contrary to the ideals of Tudh", the first Sylvestrian.
The government has taken swift and decisive action against this threat to national integrity, expelling all OTK members from positions of power and disbanding the order itself. The Ballovia Accords, which had granted the OTK significant influence, have been declared "null and void" by the Director General, though his authority to do so is in question. To ensure a fair and transparent governance, a regency has been established to oversee the drafting of a new national charter for the Principality. This interim leadership will remain in place until a sovereign can be appointed without the taint of the OTK's manipulation.
As part of the restructuring efforts, the Council of Rodhs will be integrated into a more inclusive legislative body, the National Assembly. This assembly will be open to all Sylvestrians aged 16 and above, reflecting the government's commitment to democracy and transparency. The Director General has called on citizens to remain vigilant and support the measures taken to safeguard their culture and traditions. When asked for comment on this article, Director General Toth, now acting as Regent stated, "The Sylvestrian way of life, founded on truth, tradition, and agriculture, will be upheld as the nation moves towards a more secure and prosperous future, free from the clutches of subversion and deceit."
