New Pepper Sauce Bottled Domestically

The Sylvestrian Brewing and Bottling Cooperative, already a household name for its popular beer, soda, and seasoning lines, is turning up the heat with a bold new addition: pepper sauce. Branded as "Pimm’s Pepper Punch", the new product is set to launch in September and will mark the cooperative’s first foray into the hot sauce market.

Crafted with care and local pride, Pimm’s Pepper Sauce will feature a unique blend of red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, chilies, bannana peppers, and jalapeños. Many of the ingredients are being sourced from the test beds of the Royal Sylvestrian Center for Subsistence Studies, where the cooperative has had recent success in growing a variety of peppers.

"We had the peppers and the bottles, so we figured we might as well bottle the peppers as a sauce. I think this will be a big hit with Sylvestrians and maybe even a wider audience some day", said Director General Belteaux. The result is a vibrant, shelf-stable sauce tailored to the local palate.

The expansion reflects the cooperative's continued growth and innovation in domestic food and beverage production. Since its founding, the Sylvestrian Brewing and Bottling Cooperative has quickly become Sylvestria’s most successful enterprise. With the addition of Pimm’s Pepper Sauce, the cooperative is deepening its role in the country’s culinary identity and the nation's economy.

Producers say the first run of the sauce is already in the works and will be distributed alongside their existing products this September. As anticipation builds, Pimm’s Pepper Sauce is poised to spice up tables across the country—and reinforce Sylvestria's prestige as a micronation with an emerging industrial sector.
