National Brewery Expands to Include Soda Production

The Sylvestrian Brewing and Bottling Cooperative has officially expanded its operations to include the production of craft sodas, adding another item to the growing list of domestically produced goods. The initial lineup features grape, blackberry, and lemon-flavored sodas, offering Sylvestrians a refreshing, locally made alternative to imported soft drinks.

This move aligns with the principality’s broader goals of self-sufficiency and industrial development. By producing sodas in-house, Sylvestria reduces its reliance on American beverages and strengthens its domestic food and beverage sector. Each flavor is crafted in small batches, with an emphasis on quality and the use of locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

To support sustainability and help manage production costs, residents are strongly encouraged to return their empty bottles to the Cooperative. Returned bottles are cleaned, sterilized, and reused.

Officials say additional flavors and special seasonal releases are already under consideration. With both beer and soda now being produced locally, Sylvestria continues to take tangible steps toward economic independence and a uniquely Sylvestrian culinary culture.
