King Joshua is only the second foreigner to receive this distinction, following in the footsteps of President Kevin Baugh of the Republic of Molossia, who was awarded the same in August 2024 during Director General Toth's state visit. The Order of Friendship and Peace is exclusively presented in person by the Director General as a testament to the strength of the relationship between Sylvestria's government and that of the recipient.
